The Koch & Associates Spine Centre offers our clientele a variety of payment options depending on your circumstances and the degree of services required of provided.

We aim to be as flexible in helping you make payment arrangements, and will assist you with any questions and concerns you may have.
 

Extended Health Care 

May cover each year all or some of:

• physiotherapy
• acupuncture
• naturopathy
• orthotics
• massage therapy

WSIB - Workplace Safety & Insurance Board

• Workplace injuries will be billed directly (100% coverage)

Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance

• Motor vehicle accidents injuries will be billed directly (100% coverage).
• Assistance for all the forms necessary is available

Cash/Cheques/Visa/Mastercard/Direct Payment

• Receipts provided for tax deduction
