Dr. Spina holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. He later graduated with summa cum Laude and clinic honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College as a Doctor of Chiropractic and subsequently completed the two-year post-graduate fellowship in sports sciences. Following his graduation Dr. Spina created, and became the head instructor of the Functional Anatomy Seminar series, which are a popular educational seminar series, offered at to Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Medical Doctors, Massage Therapists, etc. He has also authored chapters in sports medicine textbooks, is a published researcher, and international speaker.

Karen Day is a Graduate at Mohawk College and McMaster University in 1975 in the Physiotherapy Program, and has been in Orthopaedic rehabilitation her entire career. Karen Day also raises Holsteiner horses for jumping and dressage, and trains Irish Wolfhound dogs for competition. Karen Day brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge to assist our patients.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology (hons) from Brock University (2008) and a diploma as a Registered Massage Therapist (2008). Her diverse background allows her to combine further rehabilitation techniques into her treatments to provide comprehensive care for patients. She is focused on patient education and encouraging the patient to engage in home-care techniques (stretches, exercises).
Jennifer uses Swedish techniques, as well as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and Muscles Release Therapy (MRT). She provides treatment for many conditions, including: sprain/strain injuries, MVA, WSIB, headaches, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, sports injuries, as well as pregnancy massage, relaxation massage and use of lymphatic drainage techniques. Massage therapy can be suitable for any age group and the benefits are numerous: decreased stress, pain and stiffness; increased range of motion and circulation; decreased intensity/frequency of headaches; and improved mood and relaxation.
